IBM helps AQS to supply IBM customers. Processed 12 orders already under authorized assembler program partner arrangement.

AQS sells midrange lines and high end Wintel servers, in addition to HP Vectra PC lines through a set of loyal resellers.

Now a subsidiary of Computer 2000 group AG, Munich, Germany. If Computer 2000 has earnings, does AQS avoid delisting on NYSE? Will they buy out the remaining stockholders to become wholy owned subsidiary?
