This nation is full of folks suffering from memory loss - If they'd remembered how bad Viet Nam was, they'd never have supported the war in Iraq. If they'd remembered how the Soviet Union fell - after exhausting resources in Afghanistan - they'd never have been for that war. Lack of discernment, good judgment - buying into the nonsense that somehow Barack Obama, a completely unknown quantity will somehow change things is nonsense. If he succeeds in getting the nomination, he won't win. His supporters constant cries of racism whenever anyone dares ask Obama a question will wear thin and annoy people and McCain will become president...Oh well, at least McCain's wife has great fashion sense and no really bad hair days:

Speaking of Michelle, I read "In 2006, the Chicago Tribune reported that Mrs. Obama’s compensation at the University of Chicago Hospital, where she is a vice president for community affairs, jumped from $121,910 in 2004, just before her husband was elected to the Senate, to $316,962 in 2005, just after he took office" Do you get those kinds of raises, Pat? Know anyone who does? I don't either.
