And if anyone bought ETEL when I posted this earlier, they are up almost 30% now. But the follow up ( ||RUMOR ALERT|| as an exclusive to THIS thread - since no SI ETEL thread) is that the purported contract is pretty good sized, and significantly more upside over the next month may be seen.
