LIAR. The Kennedy sons were just kids when McCarthyism raged out of control and brought fascism to the forefront of US politics. McCarthy was a friend of the Kennedy family in the 1940's. Maybe even a close friend. But like Reagan was once a liberal democrat, McCarthy changed sides and went rightwing fascist Republican. Then he became an enemy of the Kennedys. I'm sure the Kennedys were very ashamed they were ever his friend too. Wouldn't you be?
