If you cut taxes you have to cut or at least restrain spending. You cannot cut taxes and implement new spending programs.

I agree. You can cut taxes and also cut spending and achieve a balanced budget. Soooooo, where do you want to cut spending. Be specific and offer something that the public would accept. Maybe halt the Iraq war as I have pounded the table for?
