One of the things I failed to mention is ... The Dry Rub is almost Universal like Fibonacci Numbers ... It's amazing how a simple Porterhouse or Rib Eye can be transformed easily into some kind of ... Cowboy Steak ... I'll tell you this .. but shhhhh ... [I hate the word Yum it's used too much like .. Dude .. or Kewl ..] But now that I've burnt all the hair off my knuckles tonite flipping green peppers and waxy potatoes [both Red and Yukon] and a couple of steaks tonite .. one of each of the aforementioned. I say ... "Yum". And I didn't even need a Swiffer cuz it was that Dry Rub thing. ;) Sorry for the extended delay for my post .. but that Rub is a Winner. It's Grillin Time again. Enjoy.
