i think you are right. and agree/d. i should have been clear. i don't think she meant to speak of mormons but of that particuliar group... who i agree does exploit children. horribly. if my post sounded snippish, i apologize. i just didn't want that group, who i think does horrible things, associated as mormons or mormons thought of as a cult (as they still are by some). not that i agree with mormons. or would be one. but they are some very decent people and have taken my eldest sister who is disabled into their hearts and cared for her in practical ways as a family would. i respect that. them people who the children were taken away from? that's a whole nother thing. i was reflexive in my response, tho. apologies, mary.
