The NRA is a radical fascist lobbyist group which attracts all the most wacky dangerous rightwing ideologues, including the miltia movement, KKK, neo Nazis, men who need arsenals of military weapons to feel secure, then some normal people I'm sure. But they are not about hunting, they are about weapons to kill people only. And they are run by far rightwing ideologues who even the US Police Chiefs think are dangerous menaces tos society. Oklahoma City was our #2 worst terrorist event ever. 300+ innocent Americans massacred. It was from these people, the NRA folks, not from Al Qaida.

Al Qaida may be extremely dangerous and we must kill them as Bush has failed to do, but we also need to keep a stern eye on the far right as they organize militarily under the guise of the 2nd Amendment. There is militant fascism in this country, they like to be heavily armed, they have Limbaugh and Hannity fronting for them and they are all in the NRA. The NRA is also the gun lobby caring only about profits, no matter how many people get killed. SImilar to Halliburton the #1 war profiteer.

We don't need the NRA to teach us how to fire weapons safely. Anyone can do that. We need them to butt out of our politics. Hundreds of American kids are dying every year because of this noxious fascist far rightwing lobby. And the NRA slo needs to push for psychiatric checks. Too many psyhocs are getting guns and going on rampages. Hundreds of them killing thousands of innocent Americans. The Reagans are right. A revised new Brady Bill is critical.
