It is an excellent question.

But must remember that the liberals' desire is not, as they suggest, to have "universal health care" -- rather, it is about gaining power.

One can never lose sight of the motivational force behind ALL liberal positions, i.e., the quest for more power. All other issues are secondary to the liberal.
