Hitler was a fascist. Just like communism fascism is statist. Statist implies the control of means of production and distribution by the state if necessary. Communism might have originally been bottom up. Fascism top down. I look at hitler and stalin in historical terms, its hard to see the difference. Communist china today with a less xenophobia sort of fits the fascist-communist model. Trains run on time, business hums, but question the leaders and you have problems. Just thinking outloud on that post. Comments welcome.
