You do not throw out the best health care system in the world to address a de minimus problem like this. It is a minor ding that doesn't need major surgery. You put a bandaid on it.

Our HCS is a hodge podge patch work. The system provides good care to those who can afford it, it leaves vast segments of the population to deal with average care and most important, it's only security is based on individual wealth. Your remarks are based on your wealth. If you leave in rural America, care is less than the superlatives you describe and there is little to guarantee its security.

But that number is extremely small, and could easily be addressed as a separate issue.

So are you "extrapolating" now?
