Your remarks are based on your wealth. If you leave in rural America, care is less than the superlatives you describe and there is little to guarantee its security. Look, there are areas of the country where there is no major hospital. We cannot do anything about this; there is no major hospital because the population won't support it. I'm not sure what you want to do about that. You cannot sit a Parkland Hospital down in the middle of Eudora, Arkansas. I am not wealthy by anyone's standard. But I choose to pay $1,200 a month in health care premiums over driving a new BMW every year. I don't expect anyone to pay those premiums for me.
