The news out of Equador today has in my view now put any more talk of a major buying the ARU project. This situation now reminds me of Bre-X and Crystallex were the government let a jr Canadian explorer find the world class ore body then moves to steal it from the finder. This has made a take over of ARU now very unlikely.

On the other hand that situation takes off the market more unfriendly gold ore.KRY GBU and now ARU are dead ducks for the majors to buy to replace reserves. This news is not all bad. In fact it now makes the world class 7+ million oz ADM Volcan deposit now at the top of the list under DD now by major mining companies to make a move on ADM.

Adm has the water rights in place in a mining friendly country that the majors already operate in.

This means that the list of the right conditions for take over of a grass roots project has ADM at the very top of the list.

ARUs bad news is good news for ADM.
