What do you think Merck's definition of midcap is?

Existing product(s) with growth plus a decent pipeline seems to be what they're looking for.

Of your list, maybe Cephalon fits the bill, but it takes two to tango.

Maybe cvtx? Not sure what they have for pipeline though.
