Buggi, It could be that Spansion overestimated demand by great deal, or they were extremely cautious, not counting that SP1 will produce anything... So it is a good news and bad news. Good news is that SP1 produced a $hitload of stuff, the bad news is that we have a lot of extra inventory. Considering the alternative (SP1 not being able to produce enough), I will take the current situation.... Joe
