OKay, in my last post, I mentioned the income tax and the AMT (alternative minimum tax) as examples. I didn't mention estate taxes, but okay:

What good is served by forcing the Walton family to establish a family foundation or something in order to avoid the estate tax. We all know really rich people don't really give over 45-55% of their estates at death.
