My guesses would be POZN (lol, just kidding).

INCY for the JAK program to get into myelofibrosis quickly, despite the PFE collaboration. The rest of the early pipeline looks very interesting. If the niacin receptor agonist really does not result in flushing in sensitive patients, and The 11 beta HSD inhibitor program as well. I could go on...

BIIB and ELN for the Tysabri plus AD franchises (prob too big to swallow).

REGN despite the SNY collaborations. If they want to get into mAbs, that would be the ticket. You also have the Vagelos connection. Look at all the target validation via antibodies REGN is doing. They are hiring like mad. The future is now for a plunge into the mAbs space.

IOMI for the patch technology. I better get a position here soon. Note to self: buy.

I cannot seem to fathom a RIGL bid due to the tox seen clinically.

ARNA? Too much perception baggage for that obesity mechanism, and prob insufficient efficacy.

MYGN for flurbie, no way.

Just cannot see them munching CEPH. The styles and some of the spaces just do not match.

Neuromed? Yeah, but they're private, and also too early, ie, no product sales.

I do not see Speedel due to the NVS connections, both geographically and with the renin program.

Just some overall rampant speculation on my part... I would be very interested in seeing a range of ideas on this subject.
