"It's reasonable to assume that the Nazis actually thought of themselves as true socialists, that the term "socialism" wasn't just a political buzzword." Given the fact that they never did anything that was particularly socialist, why would it be reasonable? Or is this one of those truthiness things where the truth of it just bursts out, heedless of any actual facts?
