Man, many of the folks around here don't even make $1,200 a month and they sure as hell don't drive a BMW.

Then they qualify for FREE health insurance under their state's Medicaid program. And it fits John's view of the way things ought to be -- it is paid for and administered by the state (and in some states it has gone bankrupt due to mismanagement).
