Modern IP background is absolutely critical>> Too late "if the deal clears". Again, the question is "Who does the Chapter ll benefit the most?" If there was any "conflicts of interest" when the deal was worked out between Ampex and Hillside then the deal should be null and void; and a new management team with IP background should be put in place to sort out the mess that was created by the current/past management.
