Gaps do not need to be filled. A breakaway gap is one that doesn't get filled, or at least not for a long time. This type of gap usually signifies an uptrend is about to begin, which is what I hope the lower gap on the IDTI chart is indicating. Additional gaps usually either get partially or completely filled, (although not a must). A pullback into a gap area very often is a buying opportunity. On the other hand, sometimes buying right after a gap is made is better. Look at a recent chart of SEPR and see what happened after its breakaway gap occurred.
