The point at which rights are conferred upon an individual, and the extent of those rights, is what the abortion argument is about, isn't it?

The argument isn't about when legal rights ARE given but when the SHOULD be given. Its a closely related issue, but not the same issue.

Or you could say its when natural/human rights exist and should be recognized, but either way its not about when the rights are currently recognized by the government.
