Uri, as I understand it , this is how it works. The warrants expire in August of 2001. On that date they are callable. Or if the stock trades above 24 dollars for twenty days straight. There is a quarter point conversion fee. One warrant entittles you to purchase 1 share of stock at $12.00 per share. Say you buy the warrents at 8.00, that would mean that your break-even point for the stock would be $20.25. I think everyone assumes that the stock will hit 24 and stay there, that may not be the case, also Microvision is under no obligation to call the warrants. So you can see that there is still some leverage left by purchasing the warrants.

Good Luck
Mark
