The margin in PA with 1/3 of the vote is in is about 8%. If that holds up the rest of the night, everyone will claim a partial victory and we'll be back where we started but with 158 fewer pledged delegates at stake. The delegate split should be less than 20, I believe, maybe 87-70 or something like that.
