Jim, Re: So, your 15% underwater Sigh. I remembered we (me and you) came across this before. Was it when INTC is around 140 or 90 (both pre-split) ? Then you silently went away and now you came back with the same old argument. Now, when are you going to disappear again ? <paradigm shift> in what ? In stock price movement ? I would not sell my INTC unless I need the money so underwater, abovewater, in the sky is really no difference. Gary
