Yes, WCOM could up their bid, but you're still just getting WCOM stock (which is only as valuable as Wall Street makes it....), as opposed to those pieces of paper with dead presidents on them, which tend to fluctuate in value a lot less rapidly..... I'm gonna love to see how the street looks at this situation....I wonder if the GTE earnings will go unnoticed among all this... DWB
