Interesting....I thought she gave one of the best speeches in a while (a little long). She had a lot of energy and much of the speech was inspiring. There were fresh phrases that were effective, I thought.

I thought Obama sounded tired and kind of just rehashing stuff from other speeches.

But I don't know if she had enough of a victory to attract the money she needs to raise to keep going. This one thing could force her out because he has so much to spend.

Although it's amazing how much he spent and he had something like almost every newspaper endorsement in the state and still didn't do that well against her.

It's really kind of funny if you think about it. He has tons of money, his own network (MSNBC), the fawning of the rest of the press, charisma, the blogosphere, fans who treat him like a rock star and ignore his lack of experience, Howard Dean willing to disenfranchise two major states to give the race to Obama.

On top of that, she's an object of ridicule by editorialists, painted as dishonest and untrustworthy, expected to 'politely step aside' by men who also decry her 'naked ambition'.

But the rank and file of the Democratic party keep quietly going to the polls and saying 'Hellooo......excuse me, but we really like her a little better.'

Very interesting. What a disconnect. There really should be a third party for the huge moderate center of the country.
