" They were all "intellectuals". There is nothing wrong with that, but" You know that "but" is the universal disqualifier, right? I'm tired of the war against intellectuals. If Joe Six Pack doesn't like intellectuals, then he can only blame himself for the leadership he's gotten. After all, THAT sort of thinking got us Mr. Bush. You seem to be saying we should pander to it. Maybe instead we should try to educate Joe Six Pack and show him that there is a link between anti-intellectualism and the election of very bad stewards.
