communism is simply right wing dictatorship.
Its true that at the extremes, concepts of "left" and "right" can break down, with totalitarian regimes of any sort being close to each other than to relatively free democratic regimes, but to the extent such distinctions have any meaning, nationalizing industry is a hallmark of the left wing not the right.
Labor is weak in this work at will, outsource at will, stagnant wage economy.
Maybe its weak (although public sector unions aren't so weak), its certainly weaker than it used to be. But "weak" does not equal "suppressed".
The police have themselves become militarized
That much is true, but it doesn't amount to the military being dominant, and it falls far short of anything that resembles fascism. Which doesn't mean it isn't something of a problem, and potentially a bigger problem down the line, but calling America fascist because of it shows a loss of all sense of proportion.
Fraud is rampant in the US.
