It's a clever construction where anyone who doesn't like Hillary, vote for Hillary and want Hillary to be president is mean, unfair and biased.

If you repeat it often enough, some folks will really start to believe it's true. I give the Clintons credit for their political effectiveness with some tactics, even if I think the moral basis for those tactics is obviously shady and full of holes.

And by making those remarks, I am persecuting the poor victim further. Isn't circular logic neat?
