Sunburns are anti-ship missiles, not land strike missiles. Even if they where land strike missiles they don't have the range to reach from Iran to Israel, and if they did have the range a few dozen conventional missiles aren't going to defeat Israel's army or destroy its cities.

cannot be detected by conventional radar

That isn't true. Like many cruise missiles they fly low to avoid detection, but they can indeed be detected by radar.

The Iranian missiles that would concern Israel more are the ballistic missiles. They have the range to hit Israel (some of them could hit parts of Europe). But as long as they only have conventional warheads they are unlikely to be decisive.

or why the US wimps out when the itty bitty Iranian boats challenge them in the Persian Gulf?

The preceding account is a work of fiction. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental.
