Malcolm, I've been lurking here. Here's a company that is near the
1) 52-week low,
2) is almost a "shell,"
3) has almost NO long term debt, and
4) just announced that they are considering several Merger Offers that they have "on the table."

The company is CVIA. The anouncements came out yesterday on Businesswire and Reuters.

What do you think? What strategy would YOU use here?
