Of course, depending on the recession. Monetary policy has long been the primary tool in a multi-tool kit. * I had a whopper of a senior moment this afternoon. I suddenly forgot the keystroke combination for backing up a page. I knew that it was a short stretch from where my right hand normally lies but I just couldn't get my hand to do it or remember the keys in question. Walked away for a while and came back thinking my hand would think it was old home week but it didn't. The motion memory eventually reappeared, then disappeared briefly, then returned. Disconcerting.
