Bush-Cheney have everything to do with $4 gas. Everything. They are much more loyal to Exxon and OPEC than they are to anyone else. Since Enron that is. And of course Halliburton. They don';t give a damn about any of us. Just those big oil and other corporate interests (like war profiteering) which butter their bread. Bush-Cheney are not to be trusted on any level. They have totally betrayed this country. $4 gasoline, or better yet $5 gasoline, was their secret plan since day one.
