The Company did split into two.

Information about the split can be found at the Eastfield-reorganization thread exchange2000.com or the web page at direct.ca.

The split can account for some of the drop from its high of $0.90. We were at $0.90 prior to the Bre-x scandal. Afterwards we slipped backed slowly to the mid $0.60's where the split took place. Both companies traded around $0.30 but slowly dropped to the present levels.

If you'd like more info check out the Wildrose thread at exchange2000.com
