Personal knowledge - Rhonda reads the posts. I wish they would have mentioned "no more dilution" in one of the last two PRs. I realize there are rules, but the PRs never seem to be thought out. I would assume avoiding dilution would be a good reason to have an advance on working cap. Leyland
