Well, what I'm saying now, after some thought, is the the number that is "over the top" is not a simply majority; rather it's a "significant" lead. Among the elected delegates.

Let's say, just for arguments sake, that he has only a 50 vote lead among pledged delegates in June. That means Clinton has two arguments: (1) that is a virtual tie--so the supers should decide; and (2) he has been going downhill for some time so his increased exposure has turned voters off--again the supers should decide.

It is also the case that the supers can change their minds whenever they choose and for whatever reasons they wish.

On another point, I've now concluded the Tuzla stuff was a deliberate lie. I've watched her try to make her case that she has won the popular vote so far. Which is a deliberate, even provocative lie. I now believe that she knows she lied about Tuzla, just didn't know there was a video.
