I just can't imagine they will raise rates here. I do not have this happening until mid to late year 2009.
Last time I checked Fed fund futures were showing a 38% chance at a .50bps cut. I see the Fed lowering rates to a point of "I can't beleive it".... to get this housing mkt. back on track, a la Greenspan. Housing seems to be the economy in this century.

I see oil retreating shortly as a recession is nowhere priced in there, equity prices have not reflected the earnings that are being reported. $Sox has a lot of resistance here.

As far as gold, I still beleive it goes higher this year into next year.
