I don't know. Most countries don't take kindly to international embarrassment. Look what the Chinese did to that official for taking bribes to allow bad port to be exported. I am sure they won't have a lot of use for the guy. Every country the send him to will be checking their pockets for their wallets or saying "You go in to the meeting first" lol
