In the near future, my belief is that we will need to turn coal into oil. We have 1,000 years of coal.

So the equation becomes, what will a gallon of gas cost that has come from coal turned into oil, turned into gas?

And the worlds economy will reach some sort of equilibrium based on the above equation.
