Interesting that the market doesn't think much of this deal. Perhaps because Cubist seems an unlikely partner, first blush. And perhaps the Street thinks it won't make it to market anyhow, as Jerini got rejected by the FDA again. Whether or not the Street is making a fair bet, I don't know, since I don't follow closely enough to know the similarities in the molecules and in their clinical development.

Thought I'd mention Jerini's whiff, though, since no one else has here.
