That is a truly nutty statement. The USA is looking increasingly like a second rate nation. Nonsense. Even if the US really was like, or looked like a 2nd rate nation in terms of medical care, people being poor wouldn't be a fault of our medical care system. Perhaps more importantly the US doesn't look anything like a 2nd class nation in terms of medical care.
