From what I can read between the lines, it sounds like this Judge who is dealing with the kids authorized the whole operation. It's my understanding she authorized the warrant. From what I've heard, she conducted group hearings instead of individual hearings involving each child. That is a problem. I'm surprised they haven't taken it to the Court of Appeals already.
