The government still controls the country which goes only to prove that economic viability comes under many forms of government.

Regarding your link about Afghanistan, did you actually read your own source? Go back and read the rest.

Also:

"The economy of Afghanistan has improved significantly since 2002 due to the infusion of multi-billion US dollars in international assistance and investments, as well as remittances from expats.[5] It is also due to dramatic improvements in agricultural production and the end of a four-year drought in most of the country. However, Afghanistan still remains poor for now and highly dependent on foreign aid."

OK, that's wikipedia which is worth what it is worth but the lack of government in Afghanistan doesn't create economic success but failure.

So you think it is just fine for your city to hire private cops and let them define their own laws and inflict themselves on the citizenry? What kind of half baked conservative are you?
