I was addressing the first and you twisted it into the second. The 2nd is a restatement of the 1st because you appeared to be confused by the first. You never addressed the idea, however it was expressed. No, depending on the country in Europe, the bottom 10% get medical care along with everyone else. And in the US they get medical care as well. My comment about the bottom 10% was there overall income and lifestyle, not specifically what medical care they get.
