You are twisting things again. I didn't say taxation was privatizing, I said Republicans TAX and then STEAL by privatizing things such as Iraq.

Republicans decreased some tax rates but, yet again, they increased such things as energy prices and the national debt which act as taxes even when (for the hard of hearing - that's a joke) they aren't labeled as taxes. Republicans really decreased taxes for their BASE, the ultra wealthy like hedge fund managers who make $3.7 billion in a year but they increased costs (that act as taxes) on the vast majority of Americans.

You can't just look at labels and come to simplistic and erroneous conclusions. Republicans are terrible at governing and are unable to balance the checkbook even if they wanted to.
