My favorite orchestral music is early twentieth century stuff, like Prokofiev and Stravinsky. I like the old masters. Not much written the 20th century that I like. Did write a paper on Firebird while in college, though. Know that one inside and out. (Make that "knew." ) Music without the traditional tonal harmonies seems weird to me. I don't listen to music to get weirded out. We are on the wrong thread to be talking about this. Maybe we could work in a segue to firebombing music halls in Dresden...
