Ten lives in CA where nothing works very well. I was pretty surprised when I moved here and found that long lines were mostly a CA thing.

I don't really find it any better or worse than either of them, and it's cheaper.

No, but I've found that at least the DMV in my neighborhood has things working well enough at this point that I usually get seen in 10-15 minutes. Seems OK.

Not good. But that's because it basically doesn't exist 'cause my mayor has nearly bankrupted the city.
