It doesn't weird me out in the least. Maybe it depends on why you listen to the music. To me it's like comfort food, most of the time. Comfort food doesn't include licorice glazed parsnips with anchovy drizzle. Also like heroic music. That doesn't have anchovy drizzle, either.
