XAU is at the 200 EMA. Looking at the chart, it seems like it never stays there for more than a few days, maximum. So...either we get a break to the downside and it's all over (which I doubt) or we start moving up from here soon. As for the juniors sucking wind... - hedge funds shorting - other hedge funds suffering liquidity problems and unwinding I wouldn't be surprised if the two were related. For example, if I knew that you had to unwind a large position in XYZ Silver, for example, the smart thing to do would be to short the heck out of it. It's the only neighborly thing to do...if you have a hedge fund for a neighbor, that is.
